Timeless Aberdeen Wedding with Southern Elegance

I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Godwin a 3rd time in the month of August for this beautiful wedding in Statham, Georgia, called Venue at Aberdeen. The day started off with very dark skies and chances of thunderstorms all day. The couple embraced every moment and what we didn’t expect was for the skies to clear up just 30 minutes before their ceremony. When it came time to do their couples portraits, we had the most beautiful sunset. As you can see in their photos, that beautiful glow. I am so thankful to have been there to help capture their day.

I loved every detail to this southern wedding, from the pastel florals to dad’s custom embroidered suit, with the wedding date on the collar. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming, I couldn’t have asked for a better day.
